On Friday, July 17th, the Early Bird Adventure Campers traveled back in time during

their tour of the Concord Mercantile Building and the Glen “Pop” Warner Museum.

The campers were fascinated by artifacts of yesteryear, including a working dial

telephone, a dictionary more than a foot thick, and an original View-Master. They

danced along with the player piano and even had the chance to put a real bucket

yoke over their shoulders, just like children their age did on farms more than 100

years ago.

On May 21st, Early Bird ChildCare Centers, Inc. celebrated a remarkable 

milestone—its 50th school year—by honoring the woman who started it all. Founder Mrs. Pat Marcello, affectionately known to generations of children as “Mrs. Marshmallow”, celebrated her 80th birthday surrounded by the laughter, love, and excitement of the Universal Pre-Kindergarten class at Early Bird.

Early Bird ChildCare Centers welcomed families to a Universal Pre-Kindergarten Open House this past Thursday, creating a joyful celebration of learning, community, and fun.
